Project Details

Main Goal

Helping the team gain clear visibility into the actual needs and opportunities related to the product and its customers. This enables the team to develop a strategic vision and provide better direction for the product backlog.

Challenges

The primary challenges revolved around the ability to gather and organize all the necessary information for a comprehensive understanding of the consortium journey, as well as identifying and addressing all pain points and their respective allocations.

Deliverables

The project entailed constructing an end-to-end financing blueprint. The material is intended to offer a macroscopic view of the product and fintech journey.

Methodology

Process

The project stages were meticulously planned to gather a wealth of information from both partners and internal stakeholders. We conducted numerous structured interviews with all teams involved in the end-to-end process, which were categorized into: Legal, Accreditation, Financial, Training/Quality, Communication/Marketing, Technology and Product, Service, Informational, Commercial.

The findings were then grouped together, processes were identified, and from there, points of failure and associated opportunities were mapped out. The results were organized within the blueprint canvas.

Macro steps

With the clustering of results, we were able to identify six primary stages of the main journey and two derivative stages.
